Leather Apron is an independent capital and financial services management practice for closely held businesses.
We work for the Owner and/or CFO alone. No referrals, commissions, management fees or products to sell. We analyze the whole financial picture, the company and the Ownership behind it, and we manage the capital decisions, banking relationships, and accounting arrangements warranted by the circumstances and optionality.
Unlike consultants we carry a heavy load facilitating communication, managing relationships, negotiating on the Client’s behalf, and administration that comes with all of it. Analysis first, then execution, start to finish.
